Bright hued denims are a big trend this summer both on and off the catwalk. Summer is all about colours and this season following the colour blocking trend it is no surprise that the denims have taken a colourful route as well.
Coloured denims are not new in the fashion scene, but this season their ubiquity and spunk has made it favourite with all fashionistas. Celebs have caught on to this trend already and are sporting their fave colors.
Make your hot pants hotter. Swap your blue demin cut-offs for an eye-popping shade of neon pink, saucy red, electric blue or other brights.
How to wear the look?
- Keep rest of the look clutter free. Since you're already adding a lot of colour with your bottoms, so unless you are colour blocking, don't have too much going on. Pick neutral tones for the top and accessories.
- Pair your bright bottoms with a simple tee or camisole and layer it with a smart cardigan or a fitted blazer.
- Stick with colours that complement your skin tone.
- Bright colours would draw attention to your bottom part, so go for a skinny pair if you're toned and slim at the bottom and if you're more on the generous side pick a boot-cut or flared pants.
Take cues from the celebs who have rocked this trend well.
